The business is owned and managed by Berni Simmons and was established in 2008. We typically work with small to medium sized technology businesses and have an interest and experience with business to business software. Most engagements are longer term and a number include an equity position if that feels like an appropriate thing to do and is in the best interests of all concerned.

This can range from assisting with recruitment of key sales personnel, providing advice and guidance on aspects of the sales process through to the provision of actual sales resource. As with our marketing practice Clovian has an established network of trusted colleagues who each have specialist knowledge of the sales and marketing process. The network enables Clovian to scale resource to match the scope of a project and to ensure we are providing the best expertise.
Because of the primary areas of experience in software products development, management, sales and marketing this has tended to be an area of focus.
